REGAIN YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT AFTER FORGETTING YOUR PASSWORD, USERNAME AND RECOVERY EMAIL

 

Due to the increase in online accounts, you probably have lots of usernames and passwords for multiple accounts in different sites and remembering these passwords pose some challenges especially when you vary the passwords for different websites. For good password convention practices it is advised that you maintain one password for a particular site to avoid been hacked.

Many websites provide easy password recovery in the case you forget your password and Google is not an exception.

There are several ways to recover your account

Check your browser to know if it remembers password for sites it has visited in the past

·        Chrome

·        Firefox

·        Opera

·        Internet Explorer

You can also go to Google Account and follow the steps below

·        Forgot password?

·        Enter your address

·        Enter last remembered password

·        A verification code will be sent to your phone number you used in opening the account or the recovery e-mail you used while opening the account

·        Enter the code sent to you or the recovering mail sent to the other mail

If you have no access to recovery e-mail, phone number follow the steps below

·        Enter e-mail address in the account recovery page

·        Click I don’t know when prompted to enter last password remembered

·        Click on “Verify Identity”
