iPhone 8 reveal happened yesterday 12^th September by 10 am-6 pm Eastern time in UK at the Steve Jobs theater and it is the first event that has taken place in that theater.

The new iPhone has been revealed t come with amazing features and enhancement from its predecessors both in functionality and pricing. The features of the new revealed phone has most of the features we discussed in our last update about the iPhone 8.

Features of the New Release: iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus

 Appearance

The new iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ will come in three colours: Grey, Silver and Gold. Both are made in steel and copper and are water proof just like the iPhone 7.

The gadgets of the new release are identical to iPhone 7 and iPhone 7+ except for some enhancement like the wireless charging which makes the charging gadget disappear in the new release.

The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ has a glassy front and back design.

   Display

The iPhone 8 has 4.7 inch retina display while iPhone 8+ has 5.5 inch retina HD display.

The color gamut retina HD display gives an outstanding color accuracy. The retina HD displays with tone adjust and white balance to match the surrounding the light  for a more wonderful user experience.

   Processor

The new iPhone release introduces the A11 Bionic chip which has never been used in the production of smartphone and actually one of the good enhancement in the new iPhone release. It has 6-core CPU with two performance core that are 25% faster and also four efficiency core that are 70% faster than the A10 fusion. This makes the performance and energy efficiency of the new release unbeatable. The A11 Bionic also integrates Apple-designed GPU with three core design that makes the graphics performance outstanding when compared with previous versions; this feature makes the new iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ to be really good for 3D games and AR apps.

Camera

The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ comes with even a better camera than its predecessor. Both release has 12 mega-pixels camera with deeper pixels, faster sensor and also color filter. Both release also have Apple-Designed signal processor for advanced pixel processing, faster autofocus in low light area.

The new camera can eliver a high video capture with a good video stabilization, 4k video to 60fps and also 1080p slo-mo to 240fps. With the iOS 11, both release support HEIF and HEVC up to two times compression.

iPhone 8+ has dual 12-megapixels cameras introducing portrait mode with portrait lightening.

 Charging

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ come with wireless charging support. The glassy back enable the new release to charge wirelessly. The wireless charging  mats are produced by Morphie and Belkin and produced according the to the  Qi ecosystem.

Apple is also planning to release a wireless charging accessory called AirPower in 2018. This accessory will allow apple users to charge up to three Apple devices simultaneously.

Operating System

iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ is said to run on the new iOS 11. The new iOS is said to have incredible features and enhancement to the portrait mode. The OS also make augmented reality available for millions of iOS devices with new platform. Siri comes with male and female voices and can translate US English to Chinese, French, German, Spanish or Italy.

  Pricing

The new release will sell starting from $699 (US) from apple.com and Apple stores. The Apple’s Upgrade Program also helps customers to get the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ with the protection of AppleCare+. The program will help the customers to pay monthly starting from $34.50 for iPhone 8 and 39.50 for iPhone+.

Customers can order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning Friday, September 15, with availability beginning Friday, September 22, in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, the UK, the US and US Virgin Islands.
